Hotel view was nice, but overall service is very bad. Stale food, delayed services. Services are not up to mark of a 4 star Hotel. Even 3 Star hotel has better services

Location is great for valley views, great rooms, great food taste and quality with slow service, breakfast was ok ok. Overall property is good and with proper parking. Small swimming pool not temp controlled but game rooms included snooker as well. Overall was good one. Road 5.5 kms off-roading was there but manageable.

It's a beautiful property. Do take the balcony option over the normal room, it's totally worth it. Great food also. Deducting a point for service, as it is a bit slow. Property management should consider getting extra hands during peak season.

The property is beautiful, less than a year old. friendly snd kind staff. rooms are clean and spacious enough. has a lovely pool and a few adorable cats in and around the place.

Property and staff was good but the location and off road drive to the hotel was terrific and risky to vehicles and family. I would never prefer someone go there to take risk to their vehicle and life. my tyre was brust by cut with very sharp thing...left me alone there for 3 hours in forest...But staff helped us to reach there... overall a bad experience and I didn't enjoy it with my family at the property...all were crushing me for this option. I had no choice to cancel it...
